Monterey Bay Regional (March 28th - 30th 2024)

The Wildhats traveled to Seaside High School in Monterey this weekend to compete at the Monterey Bay regional! We ranked 3rd in qualifications -  which is great progress from the last competition! After quals, we joined forces with MVRT and the Ragin’ C-Biscuits as 2nd alliance captain. We fought hard -even damaging some pieces- and worked our way through the bracket. In the end, we tied for fifth in playoffs!

But wait, there’s more! During the awards ceremony, we were also awarded the ‘Autonomous Award’ for our outstanding Auton! 

Now that our competition season has come to a diminuendo, we will be shifting our focus to outreach until pre-season (where we’ll be busy preparing for the water game that everyone participating in FIRST® has been eagerly waiting for 😮). We can’t wait for all the opportunities awaiting in the offseason and are optimistic about what the future holds.
